I highly recommend this Break Check location. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and they do great work. And they have great specials. I plan to keep going to this location for oil changes , alignments and suspension work for years to come. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you

I came here after being quoted a high price at another shop that honestly didn’t even address the real issue with my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, Rick and the entire team were absolutely amazing professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to properly inspect my truck, explain everything clearly, and only recommended what was actually needed. No pressure, no upselling just honesty and real solutions. They got the job done efficiently, and I left feeling safe, confident, and taken care of. I was specifically referred to this location, and I’m so glad I came. Rick was truly a blessing, and the whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service.

Needed my brakes checked and that’s what they did. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and friendly. He answered my questions without hesitation. When my car was ready after only needing front brakes, he assured me that my tires were in good condition. My husband found the cost of the repair reasonable.

If I could give 1000 stars I would!!!!!!! HUGE shoutout to George and Cedric for taking great care of my car! You guys went above and beyond and I'm truly grateful for the time, effort and expertise yall put into fixing my car. Both explained everything to a T and with ease. George, was AMAZING and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the EXCEPTIONAL service and honesty he showed during my visit. In a world where trust can be hard to come by, your integrity and transparency have truly stood out!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE...ACTUALLY BOTH GUYS DO!!! I will definitely be returning to store #00551 for my car service needs!!! BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS!!

This was the best experience. I forgotton I have been to Brake Check in years past. Rick the customer service rep informed me of my lifetime warrenty on my brakes. I paid the best price unlike the other auto shop where I overpaid for my front brake pads and rotors and the customer service wasn't great. I will definitely return to this shop. I recommend working with Rick.
